National Inside Sales Executive - Greater St. Louis

Continental Research Corporation is looking to add a National Inside Sales Executive to join our rapidly expanding team. Our superior line of proprietary industrial products has been integral to the success of maintenance operations in thousands of businesses for more than 55 years. It is our goal to hire and retain the most talented professionals to support customers with the highest levels of satisfaction. 

At Continental Research we enable our Sales Team with the newest sales tools, real time information, remarkable products, field training, and classroom training.

This Role Offers:

  1. Competitive base salary plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401K match, PTO and more. First year earnings will be $55,000 to $65,000 in salary, commissions, and milestone bonuses.

  3. In addition to powerful selling tools, our sales force is supported by a dynamic marketing team and robust website that provides qualified lead generation.
  4. We believe that professional social media is essential and with your participation, to build a pool of the correct followers who will tie you to all the correct connection of qualified prospects that nobody else will find.

Focus:

  1. Drive new business development and account management efforts through lead generation, sales support, relationship management, and customer service.
  2. Educate prospective and existing clients on the benefits of working with a best-in-class supplier of industrial chemicals and specialty maintenance products.
  3. Research prospective business and generate leads, identifying key players, make the calls, and close the deal. Become industry experts in our customers’ fields to ensure quality conversations and demonstrations are possible.

Skill Set:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  2. Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
  3. Knowledge and usage of Salesforce.com is a major plus
  4. Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Must be a self-starter with the ability to mimic the speed of our customers.
