The Sales Support Specialist/Customer Service position interfaces with our nationwide sales force via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet depending upon requirements. This position provides sales support and resolution of routine problems regarding products or services.

  • • Assist internal (80%) and external (20%) customers with product selection and pricing

  • • Provide technical data to both sales representatives and clients regarding the composition of products, the application of products, and the effectiveness of products
  •  
  • • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  •  
  • • Freight calculation and quotation, logistical coordination, and shipping service
  •  
  • • Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording and updating account information.
