Tar-Jel is a unique and practical tar and asphalt remover formulated to be effective on vertical as well as horizontal surfaces. Tar-Jel’s powerful formulation stays on vertical surfaces to penetrate and emulsify tars and oils without wasteful run-off. Tar-Jel is water emulsifiable for easy removal, but strong enough to be classified as a heavy-duty municipal-industrial degreaser.
